Baby Fever!

Maybe it is the 2 days I have had to sit at home and play house wife. I don't know! But I caught the fever and I caught it bad! I almost bought, What to Expect Before you're Expecting, today! We knew we wanted to try pretty soon after we were married but it seems like thats all I can think about!

Please help snap me out of baby mode and get me back into bride mode!!!

    Babies poop...and throw up....and  you will get absolutely no sleep for about 6 months...and diapers are outrageously expensive....and they grow so fast you have to constantly buy them new outfits.  not to mention...you don't want the baby bump in your beautiful white dress do you?????

    HAHAHA Cori said it all plus!

     You will have to change your menu to fit into your cravings (doubt if that will be a hit with your guests)

    You might develop heartburn if your baby has a lot of hair
    What if the baby does not like your favoirte food and then you can't eat them for 9 months.

    Plus your feet might swell and that will make for ugly feet pics for your wedding day

    LOL I am pro baby but I thought I would point out just a few things to make you laugh!

    Yes laughing is exactly what I am doing.  Dave also pointed out if we get prego now there is no wine! Not sure I can make through wedding planning and honeymoon with no wine! So that amount all the terrible things you have so kindly pointed out have put me back into bride mode.  I can hold off until July 4.  Nohting wrong with a honeyoon baby right ;)!

    Nothing wrong with that at all!  In fact, I was a honeymoon baby Surprised  and I've turned out just fine (I like to think).

    I won't help because I am right there with you.  I just keep thinking how I want to enjoy a few drinks for the wedding to help the fever calm down.  and how 3 1/2months really isn't that long to wait.

    I can't help.  I want a baby bad.  DH said to wait til our year anniversary.  I am in a wedding in June, so I am OK with holding out til then.  Maybe I can convince him to start trying a few months earlier. 

    In the meantime, I have been off the pill for 6 months and I am charting to avoid.  While we are doing our best to avoid, we aren't perfect and I won't be upset in the least if it happens.

    I need to learn about this charting. I think I am going to stop taking the pill in Feb to get myself back on a normal cycle on my own.

    Use fertilityfriend.com.  It's pretty easy if you get into a routine.  And it's kinda cool to learn what's happening with your body.

    I HAVE IT REALLY BAD TOO!!!  It doesnt help that I have all of these new babies in the family :-(  I thought it would subdue the feelings, NOPE, its only making it worse, lol!!

    I am so bad! It is so funny because I was just telling my friend how I am going baby crazy and she is bad and pushing for a honeymoon baby! I really want to be married a year and finish school before babies, but I defitely have the fever! Good Luck! and good point about the wine! I think that is my only saving grace!

    oh also... I learned about Natural Family Planning through our marriage preparation classes at church (which I thought would be totally akward) but it is so interesting and effective. I use iPeriod, if you have an iPhone or iPod touch.
