What was the final update with your debit card and the Amazon order?

Also, was it you that recommended DermaNew? from TJ Maxx? Are you still using it? How did it work?

Oh Amazon, I don't think I'll ever use it again after what happened. They weren't very helpful with the whole issue. I was able to get the money credited back from Chase within two business days (after the payment cleared). The info I found from my Amazon account wasn't any good. The local police station in NM did some digging and wasn't able to come up with any concrete evidence. They think that whoever pulled this crap did it from a public library. I got the sense they didn't feel it was "top priority". Nothing else has popped up since, except some suspicious e-mails from "Amazon" asking for me to go into my account and enter in my credit card information to credit my card. My credit report came back with no issues, so I'm just going to keep watching everything for a little while and see what happens.

Yes, I was the one who recommended DermaNew from TJ Maxx. I loved that thing, but I accidentally dropped it in my bathroom sink while using it one morning and it hasn't worked since (about two months ago). I'm thinking of splurging for a Clarsonic after the wedding. I've heard lots of good things about that, so we'll see I guess. In the meantime, I've just been using the products from acne.org and have had good luck with that.

ETA: I didn't answer your last question. It worked pretty good for the scaring I have on my chin area. I'm very fair skinned, so nothing has really ever worked, but this got rid of some of it. Not all of it, but some of it. I had the one specifically for sensitive skin with a Microdermabrasion cream. Honestly, I paid $19.99 + tax for mine, I wouldn't invest in the more expensive ones found online.

I'm sorry about the debacle with Chase and your debit card.

Regarding the Dermanew and Clarsonic, what exactly are they?  I have whiteheads underneath my skin on my jawbone line. I have one in particular that  can pop but it always comes back.

They're both a clarifying device meant to remove dirt, make-up, oil, etc. from your skin. My DermaNew came with two oblong-triangular sponges and 1 bristle brush that rotated. I used the sponges with the microdermabrasion cream, and cleanser with the brush from acne.org's website.

I've never had white heads, but I get black heads on my nose. No matter what I do they always seem to come back. For something like that, it might be best to go to the dermatologist if you can.

Chase was actually a lot more helpful than I thought they would be. The frustrating part for me was having to wait for the money to clear through the bank before they would credit anything. It didn't make sense to me to do it this way, but they did refund my money fast.
