Hey ladies!
New to the knot! So much great info on here. Ready to sign on the dotted line at twin lakes but having some hesitation because I have never had their food. Anybody been there recently that can give a quick review!

Have you asked them to do a taste testing? My FI will not let us sign a contract until we taste test the food.  One venue offered us to have 4 taste tests and if we didn't like the food, we could get our deposit back.  I just don't trust that. The food and atmosphere are what makes the party so great.

Just went to a wedding there this past July and the food was very very good.  I knew the bride very well and I know she has a taste testing, but I know it was after she signed the contract.
