    Dinner - meeting a friend for Happy House and appetizers, that will be my dinner

    Someone was JUST talking about fiber one bars...and that they cant eat them anymore because of the 'after effects'...lol

    Annnd since the wedding is over...

    Breakfast:  mcdonalds...sausage biscuit and 2 hashbrowns
    Lunch:  chinese...sweet and sour chicken (at least im gonna share the meal...lol)..
    and who knows for lunch :)

    In my defense...AF is due soon...so I am super hungry :)

    You have to be careful not to eat too much fiber.  In addition to making you have to go, it makes you feel super duper bloated.  Each bar has 9g of fiber, and 25g is recommended daily.  I'd bet if most people took a look at what they were getting daily, it wouldn't even be close to 25!  I started WW in December and it focuses on a low fat, high fiber diet.  The first few days/weeks were rough as I adjusted to the correct amount of fiber.  But now I get 25g+ (probably closer to 30g) daily and my body adjusted to it.

    Breakfast:  Nothing

    Lunch:  Pulled chicked salad w/ parm-ranch dressing (onions, tomatoes, egg, parm cheese, chicken)

    Snack:  Probably won't have one

    Dinner:  Honestly, I have no idea.  I needed to go grocery shopping this weekend and didn't, so I have like zero food left it my house now.

    Breakfast: Kashi crunch, vanilla yogurt and blueberries

    Lunch: Left over wild rice and scallop, pineapple, and zucchini shish kabobs

    Snack: Cottage cheese with mandarin oranges

    Dinner: ??

    Breakfast: Granola bar and coffee
    Lunch: Taboulli, string cheese, banana, and pretzels
    Dinner: Stuffed (with feta, spinach and mushroom-omg so good!) pork chops, roasted potatoes, peas
    Snack: not sure yet...something yummy while watching DVR :)

    Yogurt & Apple juice
    Lean cuisine & a banana
    1/2 a hot dog, some tortilla chips
    1/2 a slice of spinach pie
    pork chop, potatoes, breadstick
