Try 30 North in Pontiac (but definitely budget for security at the parking structure and/ or valet), Lafayette Grande (also in Pontiac) is verrrry budget-friendly, also

I think LaSala was in your range too, but it's been a while since I looked there and I've forgotten exactly....

Try the San Marino Club in Troy, or Fountains Golf and Banquet in Clarkson. Also if you don't mind Livonia or Novi (Wayne/Oakland Boarder) The Embassy Suites in Livonia or the Doubletree in Novi. Hotels are hurting right now and you may be able to negotiate a little. Good Luck!!!

I'm going through Barrister Gardens on Harper and it's only $32.50/person for a Saturday wedding.

I am using The Royalty House in Warren.  I think they are about $42 a person.

Not sure of the prices, but there's also Blossom Heath in St Clair Shores. It might help to know how many people you are expecting.

My reception is at the Omni Hotel Detroit Riverplace and I know that if you speak with Matthew they can create a custom package for around that price. Also, the packages there pretty much include all the basics (white linens, white chair covers, basic centerpiece choices, etc.). You can also have you wedding ceremony outside on the patio which is right on the Riverwalk.

When are you planning to get married?  The time of year can make a BIG difference.  Our reception is during their "off-season" o swe are getting it for a lot less.

Try looking at Club Venetian. They are in your price rang and have two small rooms that you could use. The food is great and the people there are awesome to work with. It is located in madision heights.
