Buying a Slip for the Wedding Dress

When I am buying my slip where should it lay on my body? Should it go above my belly button or just below?

It should sit at your natural waist...which is usually at your belly button or above.  It feels weird at first, but once you have the dress on, you won't even notice it.

If you stand up straight and then bend to the side the point where your torso folds is about your natural waist but basically at or slightly above your belly button.

Unless the slip is made to sit lower, but most are made to sit at your natural waist.

    *cough cough*

call me a dork but that wouldn't feel weird to me...... being short with no torso and all leg --- most of my "low rise" jeans sit at my natural waist........  and my mother was big on high waisted, straight leg pants for me in high school. Just call me Urkel.  I got the glasses and everything.
