Why are men so pittiful when they are sick?

I came home and FI was in the fetal position on our chair and a half (like a reclining loveseat just half a seat smaller).  He has been whiney and pathetic ever since.
Cute though.

Anyone else have similar FIs?

    Haha.  Yes mine is just as bad when he is sick.  Whiney and complainy about being sick and wanting me to do everything for him.  Good thing I think he's cute!

    I also have to share that I heard this same exact thing in the bathroom yesterday at work.  2 women walked in and were talking about how their husbands are sick and can't do anything for themselves.  It seems to be a common thing when it comes to men.

    Ooooh dear, don't get me started! If he wasn't freakin' adorable I would tell him to shove it when he's sick, haha! Yeah, I would have to agree that I think it's all men that are like that. Gotta love 'em... even though they could NEVER handle a menstrual cycle.

    Todd is the biggest baby when he is sick.  I would much rather get sick than him because he is just awful.

    Jesse is currently lying down still whining that he's dying...literally every few minutes he starts groaning and saying, "Hunny, I'm dying". To make it worse he just slammed his head in a wall when misestimating where it was on the way back to the living room.  I'm glad other people go through the same!

    Yes my FI over does it. Me and him had the flu around Christmas time and everytime he told someone that we were sick he had to make sure to tell them that he had it so much worst than I did!!!! Which was not true at all. I just have to laugh at him.

    OMG! Jeff is currently doing the same thing. EVERY morning the past few days, he's like oh my gosh I feel worse than yesterday, I didn't sleep, I feel like crap.....I'm like really, you have a cold. Millions of people have one right now and do not whine like you......Sorry, HAD to vent when I saw you post this too!

    I think it's cute. My mama bear instincts go into overdrive when FI is sick!! It's weird tho, because when I'm sick I just want to be left alone!
