I would not recommend her to my worst enemy!! It is now 2 months before my wedding, I could not get ahold of her to save my life...we signed a contract back in March of LAST YEAR and never got the copy we were promised, but they had no problem cashing our $100 deposit right away! Sunday I finally received a copy of the contract, only for her to show me that I will not be getting my money back. She does not talk to you like you are an equal, she REALLY REALLY talks down and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her! She told me that she doesn't contact brides, they contact her!
One of my bridesmaids contacted her to get an address of a place that we could meet to talk details...she screamed at her and hung up...over nothing, a simple question!
