FI's fam drives me nuts

FI's older brother (GM) called him today asking what's this about D (RB) needing to get a tux?  FI responded he's the RB, GM responds we didn't know anything about that.    Ummm, then how the H-E-double hockey sticks did you know he needed to get a tux?!   Then he asks well can K be a FG? I wouldn't want her to feel left out.  FI responds we already have our FG and RB picked out.  GM responds but K is your God daughter, FI responds well L is my God daughter too and L and D are the same age and great friends and that's why we chose them.

GRRRRR! Don't start with me already!!!!

Odd- pretty last minute for him to be bringing this up now!
glad FI stood his ground and didn't let the brother bully him into adding another person!
Could you maybe put her in charge of the guest book? is she old enough?

Yeah, it is WAY too late in the game for those kinds of questions!

And what were they planning on dressing the RB in if not a tux!?

I don't know. Such looney bins! I emailed him and told him if they have a black suit that's fine, if not I'm sure there will be sales going on with Easter coming.

I'm sorry you are going through this so close to the wedding! Aaargh.

Hey, if you want, this site has some pretty cute Eton suits, which are shorts, with jackets or vests, and they are really reasonably priced. That is what our RB is wearing: They also come in different colors in case you don't want black

Personally, for me, I think this is much cuter than a little boy in a tux, but I'm also a Mom who dressed her son to look like the little Princes in the 1980's with short dress pants and T-strap shoes with knee socks, LMAO. But damn, he looked SO cute with his blond Dutch boy haircut!
