BRAND NEW BLACK FLOWER/BOW HEADBAND WITH BEADS AND FEATHERS

I have a brand new black flower/bow headband with feathers and beads that has never been worn. It still has the price tag on it which was $25. I believe the fabric is called horsetail, reminds me of mesh only thicker. It is in the shape of a flower but looks like a bow underneath. It has some black beads in the center part and then the feathers underneath. The headband itself is metal. It was bought for a bridesmaid but I have decided to do without it. I am asking $18 with free shipping.
