Gorgeous diamond white SaBelle by Maggie Sottero - size 10
No alterations other than a bigger back panel (but there are 3 different snaps to adjust for sizing) and a 7 point bustle (with buttons and hooks) - unfortunately I don't have any photos of the bustle because my mom failed to hook it correctly (even though we had practiced!!) so it was lopsided and didn't stay up.
