This is a truly beautiful Justina McCaffrey wedding gown. It has of course! been worn once. The dress is in pristine condition, with the exception of a small stain on the train, and has been preserved in a box with protective acidfree paper. The dress was cleaned and preserved immediately after the wedding, but will need to be cleaned and pressed upon arrival to remove the wrinkles from being stored in a box. nbsp; The inner tag of the dress was removed during preservation. However, the Justina McCaffrey logo is clearly visible on the hanger straps. It is a size 6 and has been altered down to a 4. It has a 34 bust, a 28 inch waist and is floor length on a person who is 5rsquo;6. The dress is Aline, strapless and fully lined with a tulle skirt and silk under layer. The outer layer of the dress is high quality silk and is ivory. The dress zips up the back and the zipper is covered with fabric covered buttons. There is a lovely thin blue silk ribbon at the waist that defines the waist and comes down to form a bow at the base of the buttons. The dress has a short train and has been altered to include a simple bustle. The only damage I see to the dress is a small smudge near the base of the train probably from walking outdoors for photos and these can probably be removed by a cleaner. I think my mother didnrsquo;t notice and point them out to the cleaner when she had the dress pressed and boxed. Truthfully, even if the spot cannot be completely removed, when I hang the dress with the train on the floor, the folds of the skirt generally conceal it. The dress retailed for 4,500. I am asking 1200, plus 40 for shipping via USPS Priority with tracking anywhere in the continental US. Basically, I would have asked for 1500, or 1/3 of the original price, but I assume you will have to spend a few hundred dollars on cleaning and pressing the dress. Also, while I am pretty firm on the price, feel free to make what you think is a reasonable offer.
