I have various wedding items I used in my wedding in December 2008 and my sister's wedding in February 2010. I used theknot.com back when i planned my wedding in 2008 so I figured this is the best place to see if any DIY brides need anything Happy planning!!

10 Strands of various lengths of Swarovski strands with Swarovski tear drop pendants
that can be attached to the Pomander balls.

My sister used them along the isle of a destination wedding then incorporated them in the centerpieces by placing the pomander on top of a cylinder vase with the crystals hanging in the middle and the ribbon tucked in on top. The two main pomander balls had three strands of swarovski crystals hanging down and the remaining four pomander had just one strand hanging down. The crystals sparkle like crazy. I tried to capture that in the photos below.
