Size: Originally a size 8, modified to fit a street 10. It fit me perfectly, and I am 36-28-36. The hip measurement doesn't matter very much since the dress is very full.
Description : White ball gown with pleats, strapless, Italian satin (polyester) with embroidery, Cathedral train, full crenoline under the skirt. It is built extremely well, and has an elastic band that goes around the waist, as well an inside zippered panel, and an outter panel. 
Modifications: I had it professionally tailored and put in a corset back with privacy panel, as well as 3 ribbons in the back under the dress so that it can be tied up into a bustle. There is also a clasp at the back that changes the shape of the bustle that can be removed. The beading at the front of the dress below the top was removed and replaced with pleating. I have however kept the piece and it can be resewn.
Condition: Worn once for my wedding. It will most likely need to be dry cleaned, as my wedding was outdoors. It's not extremely dirty, just a little under the train from being dragged on the ground. Some of the beads have fallen off the bodice, but can easily be replaced. The dress came with a bunch of extras, and I purchased some as well.
