Welcome Letter for OOT Guests

Does anyone have a template for a Welcome Letter for OOT Guests? My brain is dead and I can't even get past... "Welcome!"

To our dear friends and family,

Welcome! Thank you so much for coming to celebrate with us. It means a great deal to both of us to have each of you here. We hope that this welcome package makes your stay a little more enjoyable.

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 at St. Augustine Church in Ossining. Directions from the hotel are included.

Our reception begins at 7:00 at The Clubhouse at Patriot Hills in Stony Point. Driving directions from both the hotel and the church are included, but shuttle service will also be provided. The shuttle will arrive at the Comfort Inn at 6:15 and will leave promptly at 6:30. Please meet the 50-passenger bus (provided by West Point Tours) in the front of the hotel.

The shuttle will depart Patriot Hills at approximately 12:05 to return to the Comfort Inn.

If we may be of any assistance during your stay please do not hesitate to ask. Again, thank you so much for spending the evening here with us and we look forward to a fabulous night!

    Love,

    (we signed our names)

Our letter was similar to Kristin's.

We welcomed everybody and thanked them for coming.

Said that we hope that the treats in the bag made their stay a little more pleasant.

Included directions: hotel to church / church to reception / reception to hotel on a page with a bigger type face than was in our invites.

(We didn't have a shuttle. If we did we would have given that info too)

Also, we mentioned that breakfast was included in their rate. Mentioned the hours that the breakfast was open at the hotel. And said that we hope that they could join us at 10:30 am for a bite before they left.

I wanted to include that the breakfast started at 7am, so if they got up early they could get a bagel if they wanted and then join us at 10:30 if they wished. (Rather than just mention the 10:30 time, which might have been too late for some of our guests to wait for food in the morning)
