I originally bought this dress for my reception, but decided to go with a longer reception dress. I paid $125 for it and will sell it for $75 (tags are still on it). It is a junior size 7, but I typically wear a 0 or 2 in dresses. For reference, my measurements are 33/34 bust, 26 waist, 36 hips and it fit me perfectly.
It is strapless (with boning) and made of taffeta. It's such a fun dress that I kind of regret not wearing it!
