Hi, I wound up buying these blank invitations when my Mom had already bought invitations. So now I have 60 extra (20 per pack). They are really cute, I just have too many. I also have a sample sheet that show spacing and gives some ideas for what/how to format. I was unable to find a template online, but was just going to use MS Word and change the paper size.
