J Crew dress Mosaic Blue

This dress is brand new with tags still attached.  This style and color is no longer available.  Purchased online from J Crew last November.  The dress is strapless, size 16 in silk chiffon.  It is the most beautiful color of blue -looks similar to David's Bridal Malibu.  The sash is completely removable and can be tied any way you wish.  The bodice is lined in cotton and has a built in elastic binding at the top of the dress to help it stay up.  There is also a seperate elastic band inside the bodice with adjustible hooks to customize the fit.  The skirt is lined in satin.  The fabric has a natural, fine crinkle texture, however, the dress is a bit wrinkled and will need to be steamed.  $100 plus shipping.  Please email itsinthestars40@yahoo.com  Thanks for looking!
