Loved my dress and got so many compliments on it, but have to make room in the house for baby! Hope it brings you as much joy and luck as it has brought me.
The style is Paloma Blanca 3802 in ivory silk dupioni. It is an A-line dress with a sweetheart bust in alencon lace, pick-ups, a low zipper back, and a chapel-length train. The dress was purchased in wedding dress size 10, and then taken in on the sides and bust to fit securly (made to fit: bust 35, waist 26.5, hip 39, height 5'5"; I usually wear a 6 or 8 in standard dress sizes). It is easy to French bustle with three ties under the skirt. Cups are built in (B or C cup), and there is an elastic strap around the back for extra support. There is even a hidden loop to help you lift the train as you walk, if you don't want to bustle it.
This dress was purchased in 2011. It has been dry-cleaned and packed in a large archival box (not vacuum sealed to maintain the shape). You'll only need to steam it.
Asking $1000 (less than half the cost of purchasing new and altering). Throwing in two-tier veil purchased on Etsy at no cost. Possible to deliver in the NYC metro area (located in Jersey City) if husband and car are free. If mailing, the cost of mailing with tracking and insuring (if you'd like it) will be added to the total purchase price (and sale will be final).
