Ladies,

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted this. My short term memory sucks so that is why. Anyways....

How has your eating been this week? Are you exercising? Any weight loss? How are you feeling?

    FI and I have been bad and put off our P90X workout this week. We will restart the program next week so that there is less appointments to do other things. Eating also has been bad.

    With six weeks to go I am really trying! I am down 2.5 pounds since Monday! Hope to get rid of 19 more! Have drastically reduced my carb intake. Hopefully this will help and the cravings will go away soon. Also hope to add exercise next week!

    I've been eating good this week except for Wednesday we went to red lobster. We went to the gym all week as well except for Wednesday. I think I'm on the right track Just need to loose about 3 or 4 more lbs. Will be sticking to a stricter diet for the month of may.

    Well I dont think I have lost anymore weight :( wth?

    I only went to the gym 2x this week, so next week is a mimimum 4x week for sure. And I have been eating pretty good - even making sure to get something other then coffee in my system in the am, and two light snacks in between meals

    Sunday will be a long morning at the gym for me and I plan to sweat a lot!

    Ughhhh! I haven't been to great at all. I actually ate decently healthy when I was traveling last week, this week was just all over the place. I had zero planned food this week. I had good meals here and there but no consistency. Now work craziness has really amped up and the end of the semester is looming.

    I am defintiely spending time this weekend to plan out what I'm eating this week. I wasn't prepared with food for both nights for class and wound up eating super late and not exactly healthy.
