This is the perfect card box for a book theme'd wedding! The "books" are fake, empty wooden stage books glued together and hollowed through. (Hand cut) Bottom book's lid has been left unglued so that you can open to retrieve cards. The words "Cards" are handpainted in black on the top near the slot and also on the "pages" of the topmost book. The stack is quite durable and measure at: Bottom book is 14" long x 10" wide while the stack is 9" high. It accommodated all the cards for our 200 person wedding with room to spare. (Note: Over-sized cards may get stuck and need assistance in getting to the bottom.)
