I have 4 boxes of silver kissing bells that used to be carried at Michaels. They have since stopped carrying them.
Each box contains 24 bells. (Three of the boxes are full and one box was missing a couple bells when I bought it.)
There's nothing wrong with them, I just decided not to use them in my wedding.
If you are interested I will sell them for 20+S&H. I estimate shipping to be about 7 but depending on where you live it may be +/-...
