J.Crew Jacquard Jardiniere Wedding Gown, size 10 (the size fits the same as most sample sizes for wedding gowns, I typically wear an 8 or a 10 in other clothes)
Only alterations were cups added to chest area (dress has fitted bodice built inside) and dress was shortened (I'm about 5', 5" and wore 3" heels) with small train left in back (short enough that I did not need to bustle it)
Still have box dress came in and sash, which was not worn.

I am happy to send additional photos and measurements. Dress has been cleaned and pressed. There are a few tiny marks on bottom of the dress that are barely noticeable and would be cut off if dress needed to be shortened more.
