BM dress alterations recs?

I'm a Philly bride, but one of my bridesmaids is in the Boston/Cambridge area.  We ordered the dresses in Philly, but hers came in about 2 sizes too big.  Any recs on a good tailor in the area?  T accessibility would be awesome...

    I had a BM dress altered at Best Fit, on Newbury St. I felt like it was probably a little more expensive than it had to be, but I also needed T-accessibility and it had really good reviews on Yelp. They did a good job, but my alterations were minor.

    I saw them online, but was a little scared of their address since I'm sure they're paying some hefty rent for their storefront. If you don't mind my asking, what was the price range for your alts?  I would hate to suggest a place only to have her spend more for alterations than the dress cost...
