I bought adorable Jimmy Choo shoes but i have skinny ankles and I need the straps shortened. I really need an extra hole poked in it but then i need to cut the strap so the extra doesnt hang off. any recs on where to get this done?

There is one in Braintree center called Charles Shoe service 952 Washington St, Braintree, MA‎ - (781) 843-3845‎.   I believe an older Italian man (a bunch of guys are always sitting around playing cards when I go there so old school) they only do cash and very low prices.  GL HTH
