Cost of Day of Coordinator in the Boston area

Hi ladies,

FI and I not hiring a wedding planner since we have time to do 99% of the planning ourselves (and I'm somewhat of a control freak)
However, we wanted someone to be there on the day of our wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly, and so that we dun have to put our friends and family to work
I emailed one DOC and she quoted me for $1300
is that too much or reasonable??
how much did you, or would you pay for a DOC (in the Boston area)?
thanks!

I am not sure what the DOC costs cuz i have a full wedding planning package.  I found that my planners rates are extremely reasonable.  She definitely travels to the Boston area.  I would definitely contact her. She is a sweetheart and extremely professional.  I <3 her.  Her name is Andria from Infinite Events.  http://www.infinite-events.net/

I used Heather from Simply Inviting Weddings and she does a very reasonable per hour rate.  She did tons of pre-work and was so organized.  In addition to coming to the venue for our details meeting and other phone meetings with the vendors, it was less than $1,000 (plus she stayed at wedding from 2:30-11pm)
