Has anyone used Classic Tuxedo?

We are not sure if Mens Wearhouse has what we are looking for, so my fiance and I are going to look at Classic Tuxedo on Newbury Street. Has anyone used them or know anything about them?

Yup I went to Newbury St with FI.  We read a lot of bad reviews online but MW didn't have what we were looking for.  Anyway they were super helpful, had what we needed, and the price was about the same as MW.

I don't know where you live, but there is a small store in Newton on Needham St (i think) near the new TJ Maxx called Simon and Sons that now does tuxedo rentals (they used to only do sales).

My friend used Classic Tuxedo for her wedding and didn't have a problem.  In fact, they were great to work with!

I am trying to use the one in Woburn but they are not returning phone calls to simply set up an appointment. Don't know if I can handle that for the wedding.

We used Classic Tuxedo (the one in Woburn) and didn't have any issues.  We never called to set up an appointment, we basically just walked in (we were just renting suits though - not sure if it would be different with tuxes).

We are using the Classic Tuxedo on Newbury St. So far no problems. They do send so many emails out, though.

We are using Classic Tux because we wanted tan suits. We found them at a bridal show and actually got free engagement pics out of it. They weren't too hard on the sale to use their affiliated photogs (which we didn't). I think customer service can be hit or miss but we did go to the one on Newbury St initially.

If you can, it is best to go to their main store in Beverly. There is a young guy that works there and he is so nice. I think he is mostly there to monitor the dry cleaning but he is so helpful and nice and not your typical salesman. He helped us decide on vests and colors and they have all the sizes there so you can try on whatever you want!
