Hello all...I have been to quite a few florists, and am wondering if anyone has used Phil Bowler for flowers. if so, what was the experience like? His prices seem really good,, too good, actually. He has also referred me to a few other vendors who I really like, and have booked! I think I'm going to use him, but want to be sure he has fulfilled some other brides wishes/needs! Please reassure me! Thanks!
