Calling All Melissa Robotti Brides

I have just started to hunt for a photographer. I really like the photojournalistic approach to photography (as does everyone). I have found Melissa Robotti's site and really like her pictures and LOVED her prices, my budget is $4,500.  I was wondering if anyone has gone with Melissa and if they have any pics for me to view. Also what you liked about her, and what you didn't!

Thanks Ladies

Melissa was the surprise second shooter at my wedding - so I didn't meet her until minutes before she started shooting. I loved working with her and was so excited to learn it was her! She's got an amazing eye and her attention to the detail makes her photos outstanding. GL!

I went with Melissa for my b-pics and my wedding, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She has a great eye, she works very efficiently. We had a number of guests comment on how unobtrusive she was throughout the day, which is a plus. I'm a believer that a good photographer should be your friend for a day, you want to feel as comfortable with them as you would your best friend, as they're the vendor you spend the most time with. Melissa was absolutely my friend for the day.

Let me know if you want to know anything else! I honestly can't say enough good things!

Also, I showed my pics to some coworkers who are unfamiliar with the photojournalistic style, and they were amazed and kept commenting on how it felt like they were "there".

She also is great about listening to your ideas and making them work. I saw a picture about a month before the wedding of a stunning bride peering over her bouquet and asked if we could get a shot like that, and she nailed it (picture #68).
