Photographer Suggestions

Hello,

My fiancé and I have selected a date (1/21/12) and a location (Barn at Gibbet Hill, Groton MA), but are in need for suggestions for a photographer.  We enjoy “untraditional” wedding pictures and looking for a creative photographer.  We do not like the guys on one side, girls on the other pictures.  We want someone fun, creative and easy to work with.  Our budget is in the $2-3 thousand range for about 7 hrs of pictures.  A must is to have a CD of all the pictures and the copyrights that go with them.

Looking for any suggestions to get the ball rolling.  We have scanned previous posts, but most are outdated.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

my second choice was Scott Metzger out of Lexington.  i think he would have done a fine job, but Keith's pricing was a bit better AND his personality was a bit better of a fit for us.

Highly recommend Scott Metzger.  You can read my review in my bio (under Vendor Reviews), and there are links to the slideshow he made for us and our album proof there too if you're interested.  DH and I absolutely loved our pics, and Scott was amazing to work with.  You should definitely check him out!  He also offers pretty good discounts for non-Saturday and off-peak weddings, so you should meet the criteria with your January date.  Good luck!

From her engagement pics to wedding, she has creative ideas that just aren't the standard standing and posing for the camera shots.
