Saphire Estate and The Villa

We're going to look at both of these tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had experience with either? Opinions?

    I'm booked at the Villa...
I really loved both ballrooms there and the cocktail space. It was really like none of the other Venues I had seen.
Their prices in my opinion are reasonable.
I have been dealing with Jon Sapphire and he is very good about answering my emails and questions.

I went to a wedding at saphire estates and it was nice.  I didnt like the prime rib, but the mashed potatoe bar was yummy.

I visited both, but the Villa was only half done. However both are beautiful spaces! They told me they would be taking the hideous sign-age at the villa down for when weddings began and were adding a courtyard so I bet it looks lovely now. The room with the fireplaces was my 2nd choice for a venue, but I went with something else instead

I am booked at the Saphire and am SO excited about it! We love that the space is simple and elegant. We are having 70-80 guests, which is a bit small for the space. Our coordinator, Maureen, has been super helpful with answering questions and showing us how she will make the space more intimate for our smaller wedding size. The place is really beautiful and comfortable. Let me know if you have any specific questions :)

    Good luck!

Thanks Sarah, we loved the Saphire too! Definitely on the top of the list, but lots more to see still. When is your wedding? Are you using the courtyard at all? Have you had a tasting yet?

We were the 3rd couple to book at the Villa pre renovation. After the renovations were complete we were amazed by the transformation. We are so pleased with all aspects of the planning process. Jon has been amazing to work with and very helpful. The Villa like nothing i have every seen in the Boston area it really has it own feel. We booked the Madera Ballroom for it has such an intimate feel with the dual fireplaces and catherdral ceiling it was breathtaking. The darm wood doors and Mederterainian feel is what sold it ti us. But i could go on forever about how much we are excited that in 176 days we will be having our celebration there. Any questions let me know. Hope the plannign is going well.

We're booked at Saphire as well, and are very excited! We're having a small wedding of 85 to 100 guests at the end of July. We will be using the courtyard for the ceremony--fingers crossed that it doesn't rain.
Recently went to a group tasting and the food was good---not out of this world, but I think the meats were cooked perfectly to temperature, as well as the fish. I'm confindent they will deliver and Lauren, my coordinator has been extremely helpful throughout the process.

    Hope this helps!
