Hello, I feel obligated to post here to warn brides about this vendor. We hired Exceptional Limo for our wedding and they did a great job. They arrived on time, the cars were clean and the drivers were friendly. However, as part of the package we purchased for the wedding, we were offered a complimentary ride to or from the airport for our honeymoon. Without going into the whole story, I think it can pretty much be summed up with - THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO BRING US TO THE AIRPORT!!
I'm not sure what else a transportation company is obligated to do besides show up and they failed misreably. Also, we never received an apology phone call or email (even after I emailed to express my disappointment).
