Pre Cana in MA

Has anyone been to the Franciscan Retreat in Andover or the Espousal Retreat Home in Waltham.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We did the Franciscan Retreat in Andover for ours. Overall, we both really liked it. It was less interactive than I've heard others are. It's mostly just priests, and some people from the community who talk to you about different aspects of marriage.

We really enjoyed the first day, there were 2 priests who spoke, as well as someone about finances and I think a couple who spoke about being married in general as well. The second weekend, we weren't crazy about the priest who ran things. He didn't seem very prepared, or something, and he said a few off-color things that didn't sit well with us. But it wasn't enough for us to say the whole experience was bad. I would recommend it, as like I said, overall it was informative and interesting.

My FI and I went to the Paulist Center near the Commons.  It was a one day event, and we enjoyed it very much.  I know you didn't ask for input on this place, but just thought I'd add my 2 cents.  Good luck!
