Hi! I've been pricing a few venues for a wedding in May/June 2011, and I'm leaning towards the Fairmont Copley.
To cut costs a bit, my fiance and I have been looking at doing a Sunday wedding.
Has anyone here done a Sunday wedding at the Fairmont Copley? My point of contact there originally sent me someone else's contract (!), which had a lower food and beverage minimum for the same room albeit in a different (though not quite off-season) month. When my fiance and I asked her for a quote, she gave us a slightly higher minimum. If anyone's comfortable sharing food and beverage minimums, a PM would be much appreciated.
