Hello Boston Ladies!
Wow, it's been a while since I posted on here! I have a beautiful unused wedding dress with tiara and veil that I ended up forgoing for a different gown (although I now seriously regret it). I posted on craigslist but also wanted to make it available here because I know that so many women on theknot helped me find affordable and AWESOME vendors for my wedding and it never hurts your karma to give back

... a copy of the posting is below... you all will get first priority (obviously) over craigslist because I'm very fond of theknot and the friends I have made while on here (and the nest, and the bump!!!).
I initially chose this beautiful, form flattering dress from David's Bridal but when I changed my venue the dress did not work with the overall design. I tend to be a bit top-heavy and have a fairly undefined waist and this dress made me look like a princess, tiny waist and everything, to this day I wish I had worn my "princess gown" instead of the gown I decided on instead. But that being said, I am now already married with no intention of having to do it again so I have this beautiful dress (original tags still attached - 499), and the tiara (80) and the mid-length veil with delicate silver sparkly trim (199) all sitting unused, well stored, and waiting to see their wedding day.
The total value of this complete set is 778 (before tax) at the store, but if someone wants the complete package I will sell all three pieces for 550 (or best offer if I have multiple people respond). I would be willing to part with these pieces individually if only one or two of the items meet your wedding style (as I know how important it is to get JUST the right accessories and dress), but would want to sell closer to the initial retail price because as I said, other than two times trying it on in the store none of the pieces have ever been worn, used, or really even removed from their casing.
The dress style is style #6280 at David's Bridal. I apologize for the lack of picture but since I have never worn the dress, I do not have any of it. I am 5'3 average to slim build and this dress fit perfectly with 2-3 inch heels. The dress is a retail size 8 and I generally wear a size dress or suit size 6 if that helps you put sizing into perspective. To get a very full effect with the dress (aka the "cupcake" dress as it is known in bridal circles), you will need a crinoline undergarment but personally I loved the dress just as it was. Best of luck planning your big day!
Thanks for checking it out and please, please let me know if you are interested because I would be MORE than happy to try to work out a time to try it on for people who are seriously interested!
