Photographer- The Perfect Image (Middleton,MA)

Has anybody gone with The Perfect Image? any feedback?

The website pictures are severely outdated and from looking at all the wonderful pictures from fellow knotties I fear we made a mistake...

The deposit is already in with them.

Am i stressing over nothing??

    Did you meet with them and like their photos???

    I looked on wedding wire and it looks like they have good reviews

    If you met with them and liked them and based on reviews I would say you are stressing over nothing.

    Hi - Hate to add concern to your worries already, but I went to The Perfect Image in Middleton as they are a preferred vendor of my DJ. Vlad, the owner, was nice at first, but seemed to double book himself and kept jumping from one appointment to the other and kept up waiting while he was attending to another brides, telling me to look through outdated books from the 90's and early 2000's. He had poor customer service and jsut assumed that we were booking him. After waiting about 15 minutes for him to come back in to our appointment (he was tending to the other client), we got up and left. He called my fiance's cell phone and said that we "forgot" to discuss pricing - the man didn't even understand what he did wrong!

    Needless to say, I will not be using them. I found their work to be very, very outdated. But more than that, his customer service was terrible.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

    Thank you girls - both...

    Outdated is absolutely the #1word to use...

    I made an appointment with our specific photog... so hopefully we can talk about it and get a better grasp on things and the situation from there...

    Even if i have to provide him with MY ideas and EXACTLY what I WANT... so be it!!!! 
    NO problem with customer service on my end though ... ALL have been VERY pleasant!!

    they did my friends video, which turned out pretty good except....they cut the part with the vows! gone!
    needless to say they refunded money and my friend was not too bothered.....but I would have a melt-down!

    They are awfulif you want to know why you can PM me i would be glad to throw them under the bus after what they did to my sister!!!
