Has anyone tried Buff Brides...I think I might try it out and see how it works.

No but I'd like to.  I just started doing 3 different DVD's to keep me interested that I love.

1.  The Shred
2.  10 minute solutions.  (has stretching, arms, bum, legs, abs)
3.  Windsor pilates butt and thigh.
