Quality but not too expensive hair places for cuts

I am thinking of getting bangs and both H and I are interested in getting someone really qualified to do it - as I usually just go to ProCuts. So, we are on the South Shore and does anyone have any recs - we are definitely on a budget so anyone not outrageously expensive but would still be able to give some good advice on whether or not bangs would actually good on me?

I really like my guy and he is very honest-- but in a nice way. I see Agostino at Studio for Hair in Kenmore. Cuts with him are about $70, other stylists might be more or less. Good luck!
