Hi ladies! My name is Maura, I just got engaged a couple months ago! We are planning a December 2011 wedding (I know, it's a while away!). Our engagement is long because I am finishing up grad school and we need time to save as we are paying for the wedding ourselves. We live on the NH/Mass border and have two cats

So far we have our venue chosen, Atkinson Country Club, and we have a DJ, DJ Dave Lynch and a videographer, Curtis Weddings. I am sure I will be asking for help with other vendors soon!

My engagement will be 21 months by the time the wedding date rolls around, so I feel you on the long engagement. It'll definitely go by quickly, though. I'm at less than 3 months now and I can't believe it's almost here!
