Need an Oceanfront Massachusetts Wedding!!

I need help finding a venue for my wedding. Were shooting for June 2014 and are on a budget, we want to spend a total of $10,000 for the whole wedding, therefore leaving about $5,000 for a reception. Does anyone have any suggestions??

ps. were getting married at Saint Francis De Sales in Charlestown and don't want out guests to drive more than 45 min to the reception.

I am planning a July 2014 wedding on the northshore, and I was so happy when I found this website that lists every wedding venue in the northshore area!  I only wish I had found it sooner, so I wouldn't have wasted so much time compiling my venue option list from various wedding sites and hearsay.  I'm not sure if it's too far away from where you're considering or if any of the places are within your budget, but I've found it infinitely helpful so I wanted to share!

We haven't made our final decision yet, we are still in the middle of visiting venues.  I think we are leaning towards Nahant Country Club or Oceanview in Nahant, or the Essex Room in Essex.  We limited our options to those that could host an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and could accomodate 200 guests, which really narrowed it down!  Good luck with your planning!
