Meeting with venue on Wednesday- what questions should we ask/go over?

Can anyone help me think of things to ask? We are meeting to plan our menu and go over the timeline... I'm trying to think of what we need to discuss and cover.


I'm drawing a complete blank when I feel like I should have a sheet of questions. I guess that's a good thing?? But don't let me forget anything!

hmm...trying to think of everything you want to go over. 

In terms of menu it's always good to ask about if anyone you know has dietary concerns (like one of my BM's has a glueten allergy) what would be the meal or a vegertarian option.

When it comes to timeline just make sure that you allow yourself enough time for pictures so you aren't rushed through.  Ours felt a little rushed so just something to think about!

We asked places how much time service took from the time the first person got served to the time the last person was served dinner.  It should help with your timeline planning.

Ask about the bar!  Do they offer consumption option!  Mine didnt and I was pissed.
