Comments or reviews on Gould's Florist?

Hey ladies - I am a knottoe form 2008 and my best friend is getting married and thinking about using Gould's Florist in Saugus/Lynnfield.  Any recommendations on reviews on them.  Thanks!

I recently just heard about them not getting to the Church on time so they did not have any flowers for the church.  (luckily they had gone to another florist for the bouquets)  Apparently they thought that they could get to Winthrop in 15 mins and set up the flowers. If she does go with them i would be sure to mention that you had heard of this happening.
