How much are you looking to spend?

Not sure.  Maybe around $6000-8,000?  Less is, of course, better.  No more than 6-7 piece if possible due to space.

Check out Rare Form, Night Rhythm and Night Shift.

We are using Rare Form as an 8 piece band but you can hire them as a 6 piece band without the sax and trumpet.  Their price depends upon the day of the week.  We are paying $5750 for the 8 piece band but we are getting married on the Sunday of a long holiday weekend.  Saturday nights were $6700 I believe.  If you don't want the sax and trumpet their price is $900 less.

We has Legit play at our wedding a few weeks ago...they are awesome and I can not recommend them enough. The dance floor was packed from cocktails until they literally had to be asked to stop playing by our venue. They are all our guests keep talking about.

They are 8 pieces but they fit into the smallest place ever under the stairs at my venue - it shouldn't be an issue.

    Check them out online: http://www.legitband.com/index.htm
LMK if you want more info.

We had NIght Rhythm and I can't recommend them highly enough.  They packed the dance floor all night long, and sounded fabulous.  We got many compliments on them.

We're having Kahootz - they are an 8 piece band but I'm sure they could cut out 1 or 2 pieces.  We're paying $6750 for the reception and you can add on to that if you want them to do the cocktail hour too.  We went to a wedding where they played last year and they were great!

Hip Pockets were awesome at my SIL's wedding!  Everyone was dancing all night long and they did an amazing cover of I gotta Feeling for the intro and last song.

    GL!

We had NIght Rythm with Monica and Bryan and were very happy.  They had the dance floor packed and were great with all of our requests.  Bryan did a great job of serving as "MC" for the night and followed our schedule and script.  VERY HAPPY! :)  Our wedding was in September 2009.  We also used them for our ceremony because they also offer a harpist and flutist and they were beautiful and perfect for our outdoor wedding.  Hope this helps.

The Spinz - they've got male and female lead vocalist that really allows for a wide range of music and you can check them out in person at one of their upcoming shows...they really get the crowd going.

Men in Black out of Boston have great reviews!  They are booked through Hank Agency.

I can recommend Night Rhythm too... they played at 2 of my 3 daughter's weddings.... would have had them for te 3rd, but they were already booked.  They kept the dancefloor packed all night.  We are having Brick Park for next wedding in June.  Have heard nothing but great reviews on them too.  We are paying $4700 fore them and they are also doing cocktail hour.  Thought the price was great for a Saturday wedding in June...
