Officiant Help!

Getting married in Beverly, MA....looking for a fun, witty but inexpensive, officiant in the area for an outside ceremony..any suggestions?

We actually met with Dan Griffiths a few weeks ago and really liked his personality, but just felt that something was off.  He was very outgoing and friendly, but he didn't ask us one question in our initial meeting about ourselves, how we met, what type of ceremony we are looking for, etc.  Maybe this is common, but it just seemed odd to us.   He was more expensive than others that we met with. ..he charged $250 and most others charge $150 - not a huge difference in comparison to what everything else costs, but it's still a difference!  We ended up going with Rick Perry who was also recommended to me through posts...he's really nice and friendly and he genuinely seemed interested in getting to know us and what we wanted.  He's also out of Gloucester so he would be close for you...hope that helps a little!  Good luck!

We used Dan as well  for our Beverly wedding and were VERY happy with him (review in bio).  We actually had the opposite experience as the pp.  He was very interested in learning about us and the type of ceremony we wanted.  We really liked the fact that he wanted to make the ceremony personal and what WE wanted.  He is a little more expensive than MA JP's because he is in NH but also did not charge a travel fee or extra for the rehearsal like others sometimes do.  GL!
