Officiant choices

We will be married on the beach in June 2010.  I'm wondering if anyone has seen either Beverly Cook or Anna Baccall perform any weddings.  Opinons and thoughts please???

    Beverly will be my officiant in July - I have only met her once but she seems amazing! She is the type of person who totally puts you at ease which I think will be a huge plus on the big day. She is also totally organized and super responsive. I would definitely recommend her from my experience so far.

    We did meet her as she was recommended by someone I know.  That someone knows her through another aspect of personal life and has never seen one of her ceremonies.
