Looky what I made!

Did you know that it takes a SERIOUSLY long time to bake cookies when you have a tiny oven?  Calculate out 6 cookies at a time, 13 minutes to bake, x 30 cookies. yeah.

BUT this is the first time I've baked in years so I'm happy! AND they're delicious.

Oh man, I have this cinnamon muffin mix at home that has an alternative recipe for snickerdoodles on the back.  Screw the muffins, I'm making these cookies.
