Wording on rehearsal dinner invites

Hi ladies,

Any suggestions on wording for the rehearsal dinner invites when FI and I are hosting/paying? Everything I see says "Join us for a dinner honoring...". I feel awkward inviting people to a dinner "honoring" myself.
