I think I'd like to study/enforce rules against the Dark Arts. Like confiscating DA objects and hunting down those that performed DA spells.

I'd want to be a Healer at St. Mungo's. But in the department where people's spells go wrong. I bet you'd see some weird stuff.

I'd like to open a gourmet restaurant in Diagon Alley.  WIzards deserve better than just pub food at The Leaky Cauldron.  And with magic I'm sure I could cook well.

I'd want to play Quidditch, either Chaser or Keeper.  When I retire (after a very successful career, of course), I would like to teach Care of Magical Creatures at Hogwarts.

Ummm...whoa!  Kind of reminds me of what happen to Jerry O'Connell during the years after Stand By Me.

Definitely work at the Ministry - probably as an auror or something to do wtih magical law.

I couldn't teach at Hogwarts - I have no patience with kids.

I'd want to be an Auror or some other position at the Ministry of Magic.  Perhaps an ambassador to the wizarding communities in other nations.

You don't need Hogwarts to be an international Quidditch star.
