We are getting married 12/3/11 and by the time we get back from visiting our family, it will be 12/10/11. I was thinking of having the photographer prepare a few photos in advance for us to take with us in order to send out thank you/Christmas cards.
Does the combination sound acceptable? It seems silly to spend the money on Christmas cards and thank you cards when we can send it all at once. We send Christmas cards to every household in our families (we have 5 total) and friends, so it would feel a bit excessive.
