    I'm not.  DH is still at work.  Actually everyone I know is working late or is off-island.

    It will be a quiet night.  Although DH is have a really bad day.  His fish got bummed off of their flight, he forgot to take allergy medicine before he moved the hay (for decorations), and a bunch of other crap.  He says he wants to go out.  Let's see.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Nope!  I have another 10 months and 2 weeks before I have to worry about thanksgiving.  You bet your ass we'll be hosting turkey day next year!  And new year's and maybe christmas.  Woo  hoo!

    I'm here... laying on the couch, and kind of watching TV.   We're visiting my grandmother for Thanksgiving so I have nothing to get ready for, which is good because I couldn't prepare Thanksgiving dinner this year if I wanted to.

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.     I am at work.

    Yay for damage assessments. Sigh. Interspersed with breaks to look online for a damn longline bra under my wedding dress as my plan to rely on sewn in cups is not going to work as I discovered at my fitting last night (damn spillage!). Not enough selection in this city to just go shopping for one.

    I broke my ankle on Sunday night.  I'm on Vicodin, so even if I could stand in the kitchen for hours to cook I wouldn't trust myself to make anything properly.

I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.     Oh Amoro I kind of sort of feel your pain. My H fell off a ladder a few days ago and had to go to the hospital. He hurt his back pretty bad and he is on a lot of meds. He won't be able to travel with me and my ILs to my mom's tomorrow, so no Thanksgiving with Ricky.

    We can be bummed together.  My H is in France on our first holiday.  But he doesn't think this is a holiday anyway, so mine doesn't even CARE that we are apart.
